UnRavelled

As the graphic design intern for the play “UnRavelled” by Jake Broder, I worked with C. Raul Espinoza  and Jessica Ashley-Rejano Phantanom  to create marketing collateral for the play, during its first run. I was responsible for the layout/design, while Raul and Jessica provided the copy.

The goal for the key-art was to capture the essence of the play and establish an aesthetic template for the rest of the marketing collateral.

Original Key-Art Concept

This was the original key-art concept that a previous designer came up with. The constraint I was given was to update it, while keeping aspects of the old concept.

Final Keyart

The final key-art design has a unified feel. The splash of color has a more dream-like quality that represents themes in the play. The final key-art also takes the opportunity to tap into the emotions of the play.
